Return Policy

Right to return products after delivery

You have the right to return all or part of the order, either because of a defective/wrong product, or because you were not satisfied with the product and would like to replace it (eg you want a different size or color, or a different code). Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order, with your choice of either a refund or an exchange for another product. If the return is not made within 14 working days, then the Everywearfit cannot accept the return of the products to replace the order or cancel the transaction.

Defective or wrong product

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused if you received a faulty or wrong product. When you contact us, please let us know the reason for returning the product so that we can process your request as soon as possible.

Status of returned products

The return and/or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned to you, at your (the customer's) expense. The products must be in the same condition as when you received them, they must not have been worn or washed and their packaging must be the one in which you received your original order. Otherwise, the products will not be accepted.

To return your order follow the steps below:

1. Contact us at everywearfit@gmail.com and make sure you include the information below

  • your full name
  • the order number
  • the code of the products you wish to return or
  • the code of the products you wish to receive against
  • the reason for return

2. Make sure the product is in its original packaging

3. We will process your request and you will receive a confirmation email of your request

4. Finally, h Antlog Courrier Company, upon our instruction, he will contact you to pick up the package from your location

Please note that any return is at the expense of the company everywearfit at no extra charge to you (the customer).

Price difference

In the event that the new product you have chosen is of greater value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, you will be asked to pay the difference in advance, before sending the new product, so that we can then proceed to send it (product), accompanied by the additional issued document - receipt.

In the event that the new product you have chosen is of lesser value than the one you are requesting to be replaced, the difference will be refunded to you by means of a bank deposit to the bank account indicated by you.

Return processing time

You will need to allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your replacement order. You will receive, initially, via e-mail, a confirmation that we have received your parcel and then a second notification that we have processed your request and the new product has been sent or that we have credited the amount of money to the bank account indicated by you .
